Finance and Administration Officer at the Oxfam Novib (Lesvos)

Oxfam Novib seeks for:
- Finance and Administration Officer

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and administration positions
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with computer based financial systems and data bases
- Thorough understanding of Greek accounting rules
- Native Greek and high level of English knowledge
- Experience working with NGOs or International Organizations on donor-funded programs will be considered an asset.
- Ability to provide direction and support to a multicultural environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent sense of professional discretion, confidentiality, and accountability
- Ability to manage situations diplomatically and to effective resolution
