Job Description
The representation of the company for all disputes involving customersin all official authorities, consumer associations, and out-of-court legal representation with the assistance of the legal department.
The reception and customer service at the headquarters of the company in the customer service Department
Contact with the complaining customer when required
Decision-making for the prompt and equitable resolution of problems of customers
Official certificates of the company about problems of delays, credits, refunds, etc.

TEI/ Technical Educational Institute
2 years of relevant working experience
Excellent analytical thinking and procedures oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Conflict management and resolution/negotiation skills
Excellent command of the English language
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
