''ZOOM IN for your job, ZOOM OUT for your business '' is a youth exchange between 19-29 june 2018 to be held in Busteni,Romania with 43 participants from 8 countries and includes 18 youngsters with fewer opportunities.

The actual context is one when the youth unemplyment is growing,youngsters don't have enough competences to acces the labour market or initiate a private business. The aim of exchange is increase employability of european youngsters of 18-25 years old by developing key competences neede to access labour market.

Objectives are:
1.offer to 43 participants from 8 european countries a common space to understand and promote cultural diversity and european cooperation
2.a better awareness by youngster s of 18-25 years old of the key competences and youthpass certificate and their role in accessing labour market
3.enrich promotion methods to access labour marketby developing through nonformal education of creative tools to elaborate job folder and prepare job interviews
4.stimulate entrepreneurship spirit of youngsters of 18-25 years old and increase capacity to prepare a private initiative and elaborate a business plan

Καλύπτεται το 100% του κόστους διαμονής και διατροφής και μέχρι 275 ευρώ ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων.
Κόστος συμμετοχής: 25Ε (στο Youthnet Hellas ) και 25Ε (απευθείας στους διοργανωτές)
