- Senior Account Manager
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager in organizations delivering ICT services
- Demonstrable ability to perceive and explain advanced service offerings at the right level of abstraction
- Demonstrable ability to collect stakeholder requirements and priorities and translate them to business/functional requirements towards the organization
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience with CRM software
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
