People and Skills Advocate at Strategy Lens in Patras

Strategy Lens is seeking a motivated People and Skills Advocate to join the Human Resources function within the Department of Supporting Services. This is a full time role that does not require significant work experience but requires relevant academic training. In this role you will support all human resources related issues with a focus in the development of our people and their skills. Your area of responsibility will include recruitment, skills development, performance reviews, employee engagement and satisfaction and consulting engagement scheduling. You will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Lead. As a member of our corporate services team you will be based at the RF Business Hub located in the city of Patras close to all the amenities that the commercial center has to offer. To apply for this role you must be a resident of Patras or be willing to move to Patras.
