ActionAid Hellas seeks for:
- IT Help Desk Support
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Academic degree in IT, Computer studies or other relevant field
- One (1) year of working experience in help desk support / technical assistance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered as an asset
- Excellent “customer service” skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and cross-functionally
- Excellent use (both oral & written) of the Greek and the English language
- Very good understanding of human rights, global poverty & development issues
