Τhe 13th Aegean Summer School in Visual Optics will take place at Heraklion, Crete - Greece (IBIS Hotel), between 7th and 9th July 2018, one week after the Aegean Cornea XIV Conference (June 29 – July 1, 2018) in Mykonos.
The Aegean Summer School in Visual Optics is an international course organized since 2002 by the Laboratory of Vision and Optics, University of Crete, with guest speakers, pioneers in their field and a plethora of participants from all around the world.
The school is open to students and researchers working in vision science (ophthalmologists, physicists, optometrists and opticians), since it provides up-to-date knowledge and recent developments in the scientific field of Optics and Vision with application in ophthalmology and optometry.
The program covers many aspects of basic and advanced research on Physiological and Visual Optics. This year, the 2nd Global Presbyopia Symposium is co-hosted, so the program is dedicated on "Correcting the presbyopic eye: current knowledge and treatment”.
The official language of the School is English.

Registrations are submitted online. All registrations should be paid at time of receipt. Registration fee for SS will be 50 € (until 30/5/18) and 60 € (from 1/6/18)Official Language
