Proposal Writer at the KMOP (Athens)

KMOP seeks for:
- Proposal Writer

Requirements:
- Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from a reputable University (preferably in disciplines such as Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Education or other)
- Minimum three (3) years of proposal writing experience for international donors (EU, WB etc.)
- Knowledge of EC procedures, PRAG and PCM
- Proven track record of success in securing funding through competitive proposal submissions
- Proposal leadership skills, with the ability to build a strong team, effectively resolve conflict, and vector appropriate resources to maximize proposal development
- Proficient in communicating and collaborating with personnel at all levels of an organization
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts both orally and in written documents
- Ability to organize and edit written material with clarity, conciseness, style, and correct terminology
- Ability to work independently and accurately record/report task status
- Ability to perform with efficiency under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work with little direction and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Project management experience as well as experience in working with productivity and CRM software (ie Bitrix24, Vtiger, Basecamp, etc.) will be considered an asset
