Full Stack Web Developer at Information Technologies Institute of the CERTH

The Information Technologies Institute at CERTH, Thessaloniki, is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Web Developer to join our growing team. You will be required to plan, analyse and design cutting edge websites for the purposes of our EU and National projects as well as our Industry clients. You will collaborate closely with our scientific coordinators and researchers in order to achieve the best possible working solutions. Experience with full-stack (LAMP) development environments and JavaScript frameworks is essential. Candidates should have a passion for problem solving, and the ability to work, both independently and collaboratively, to meet deadlines.

Requirements
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant field
- 3-4 years experience in web development
- Experience with CMS platforms (Joomla / Wordpress / Drupal)
- Experience using OOP concepts, in particular PHP
- Experience in Node.js / Angular.js / Angular
- Excellent knowledge of Java, JS, HTML & CSS
- Attention to detail & passion for creating great web user experiences
- Familiarity with source code platforms (git / github)
- Comfortable working with Linux, Apache and MySQL.
- Strong level of spoken and written English
- Self‐motivated and driven team player
