The Training Course designed to provide a complex learning experience for youth workers, so they can better understand the importance of Life Balance in their life and use that knowledge in their daily work with youngsters
The Training Course 'From Life Balance to Global Responsibility' will bring together 26 participants from 7 European countries.
In every area, industry or non-governmental organizations, a large workload coupled with constant global connectivity has erased the boundaries between work and personal time.
Technological advancement, competition during study and on the workplaces in our society produces a lot stress in everyday life. In the official World Health Organization website we can observe how 27% of the adult population (aged between 18 and 65) had experienced at least one of a series of mental disorders in the past year. Now the depression prevalence is estimated to affect 350 million people worldwide. These disorders often start at a young age for this reason it’s important to focus on the sustainability of protective factors and the reduction of risk factors globally
"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." - The World Health Organization constitution states.
Health is the gateway to balance and happiness.
If you are not living with your fullest vibrancy and energy, how can you expect to make the best of your life, to provide help to other people and act as a conscious and Globally Responsible person?
