Commercial Team Supervisor (Athens)

On behalf of our Partner, a high-profile and evolving Investment Company operating successfully in Athens, we are looking for a Commercial Team Supervisor to perform outstanding work managing the day-to-day team’s workflow, to facilitate the achievement of their goals and to commit in accelerating revenue, people performance, and client satisfaction; helping team members thrive and grow in their current role.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company’s long-term plans
• Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback; addressing problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations and serve as a link between subordinates and upper management
• Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience guiding commercial & sales teams
• Fluency both in Greek and English (A minimum B2 Certified Level is a must)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
• People-centered, supportive and flexible personality with a good understanding of wide range of tools and processes that can be used to improve operational efficiencies and workflows
• Natural tendency to leadership; projecting a positive image consistent with company’s values
• Valid driver’s license
