The Cyprus Institute (CyI) is a non-profit research and educational institution with a strong scientific and technological orientation, emphasizing international collaborations and cross-disciplinary research and post graduate education. CyI, through its established research centers, addresses challenging issues that are important at both the regional and international levels. Many of its research activities are being carried out in partnership with leading institutions in the respective thematic areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Archaeology, Cultural Heritage or Business or Economic or Social Sciences or another relevant field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field will be regarded as a competitive advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a research/academic institution in a related field will be considered as a competitive advantage
- At least two (2) years of relevant working experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and internet IT tools
- Proven ability to take minutes and write reports
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills to adapt to a multicultural/ multidisciplinary environment
- High level organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with multiple and tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
