International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- Project Manager

Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years professional experience, with a professional degree.
- Prior team management experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
- Proven abilities to work with host and IDP / refugee communities.
- Good skills in Office package, AutoCAD is considered as an asset
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills including demonstrated success leading the work of culturally diverse teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge on various Greek technical legislation.
- Proven abilities in developing work-plans, data collection and analysis and performance monitoring, team management.
- INGO experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Greek strongly preferred.
- Safety and security management experience a plus.
- Experience/knowledge in design of small scale electrical networks and heating networks is a plus.
- Personal qualities: Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, detail oriented, dynamic, results – oriented, flexible and able to handle pressure well.
