Educational Requirements
- BSc in Agriculture
- MSc in a relevant academic field is desirable
- Strong Know how in best practices of agronomy

Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of previous managerial working experience
- At least 8 years of relative working experience in agronomy sector
- R&D experience in tobacco industry is desirable
- International previous assignment in tobacco industry is desirable
