Program Assistant at Oxfam (Lesvos)

Oxfam seeks for:
- Program Assistant

Essential:
- Able to write and communicate in English and Greek and fluency in at least one other language: Arabic, French, Farsi/Dari, Urdu is an advantage.
- Strong writing and reporting skills;
- Experience in research, monitoring or information gathering.
- Strong computer skills (MS Word and Excel);
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Experience and demonstrated skills in directly working with and mobilising migrant communities and/or other vulnerable persons is an advantage.
- Experience in communicating with communities and proven cultural sensitivity.
- Good understanding of and proven commitment to gender and diversity issues;
- Very good interpersonal skills, particularly in working respectfully with affected communities and partners
- Right to work in Greece.
