Three (3) Postdoctoral Positions in Biostatistics, University of Copenhagen, Denmark (2015-2016)

Applications are invited for 3 positions as Postdoc in biostatistics, at the Department of Public Health, Section of Biostatistics at the Faculty of Health Sciences to commence in May 2015 or as soon as possible thereafter. The positions are initially limited to 3 years.

Section of Biostatistics conducts general biostatistical research and methodological development in biostatistics, undertakes teaching of students at various educations, undergraduate as well as postgraduate, and offers biostatistical advice to staff and students in all disciplines of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Salary and employment terms are subject to the collective agreement made between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on the employment of academics in state service. In addition to the seniority-based salary, the appointee will receive an annual supplement of currently DKK 50.146,08 (1 April 2014 level), and additional bonuses may be negotiated on an individual basis.

The workplace will be Section of Biostatistics in the heart of Copenhagen; however, presence at other sites (ie. one of the major hospitals) in the greater Copenhagen area can be part of the position for as much as 2 days per week.
