a.r.t.e.s. EUmanities is a pioneering programme of the a.r.t.e.s. Graduate School for the Humanities Cologne for establishing a European Graduate School for the Humanities. Starting in April 2019, a.r.t.e.s. EUmanities will provide 10 Early Stage Researcher (ESR) fellowships, training young scholars to excel in research and cope with the global challenges Europe is facing.
The ESR fellowships will have a duration of 36 months per person. The ESRs will be employed full-time (living allowance 3,073 EUR less tax deductions and employer’s contribution to social insurance plus mobility, travel and optional family allowances) and will be enrolled in the structured doctoral model “Integrated Track” of the a.r.t.e.s. Graduate School. ESRs may apply for:
