Thrace Plastics Group is a Greek multinational Group, which activates in the production and distribution of polypropylene & polyethylene products. Product Development Technologist

Position overview:
The job holder will be based in Xanthi and the role’s main responsibilities will be:

• To initiate laboratory evaluation of new products and processes
• To organize and evaluate machine trials for new products and processes
• To ensure the smooth transfer to production of new products/processes
• To provide technical advice and support both internally and externally
• To liaise with suppliers, test houses and customers to develop projects and resolve on-going issues
• To produce and maintain all the relevant documents and files
• To organize sampling storage, access and retrieve

Requirements:

• University Degree (Chemical/Chemical Engineer/Material Science)
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
• Excellent computer knowledge especially MS OFFICE software
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, focused on results
• Creative thinking
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
