Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit an Operational Excellence Officer to join our Operational Excellence division located at Company's manufacturing site in Sapes.

As an Operational Excellence Officer, the ideal candidate will develop and ensure a culture of continuous improvement by deploying operational excellence tools and practices at the manufacturing site. Serves as an internal consultant to management and staff in the areas of process improvement, organizational development, change management and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor Degree on Engineering/Operations Management
• 2 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant position
