Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd is seeking to recruit at:
- Property Valuer

Essential Qualifications:
- Member of ETEK (Technical Chamber of Cyprus) as a Land Valuer & RICS – Valuation
- A graduate degree or equivalent in Property Valuation, Real Estate or related
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Greek, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in valuation report reviews will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience in portfolio and/or project management will be considered an advantage
- Methodical with a structured way of thinking
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Team player with good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Goal oriented individual confident to work independently when required
- Problem solver, persistent in overcoming issues and obstacles
- Ability to act proactively by making recommendations and setting agendas
