German Intensive courses certified as German as a Foreign Language (GFL) are offered at the Language Centre of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

Their winter and summer courses cover German language levels A1.2-C2 and take place between semesters. They are therefore especially suited for international participants who are not enrolled at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

In the mornings you will attend comprehensive German classes (A1.2-C2) with one of our qualified GFL-instructors. In the afternoon you will be able to practice your German language skills according to your language level during academic lessons about the culture and history of Berlin and Germany. You are welcome to combine the summer or winter modules into an 8 or 6 week German Intensive course.

Dates - Deadlines:

• Winter Module I - (January 14th to February 1st, 2019) | The registration deadline is December 15th, 2018
• Winter Module II - (February 4th to February 22nd, 2019) | The registration deadline is January 15th, 2019
• Summer Module I - (June 17th to July 12th, 2019) | The registration deadline is May 15th, 2019
• Summer Module II - (July 15th to August 9th, 2019) | The registration deadline is June 15th, 2019
