On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing Digital Agency with a portfolio located in Athens, we are looking for a Jr Digital Marketing Professional for full-time employment who will have the responsibility to manage the advertising accounts of high caliber clients at both national and European level and striving for daily performance and optimization.

What you will bring to this role:

• 2+ years Digital Marketing (performance) experience; including but not limited to search, social, display and re-marketing
• Hands on experience managing a large AdWords account
• Experience working within Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and high attention to detail
• Good Copywriting skills
• Solid understanding of performance led digital strategies and technologies, including ad serving concepts
• Proven success in developing and implementing paid strategies that focus on ROI and ROAS
• Ability to use analytics and insights to identify, test and implement new opportunities

It will be nice if you could also bring the following:

• Current certification across Google AdWords / Analytics
• Facebook Blueprint certification optional but desirable

On any given day, you’ll be helping this fast-growing Digital Agency Marketeers Team fulfill its customer promise by:

• Working collaboratively as part of a team on search campaigns (SEM) and owning social, display and other performance channels.
• We expect you to be hands-on in managing and optimizing our existing and new large-scale AdWords accounts. You’ll also be comfortable discovering, testing and experimenting with new channels/campaigns that we aren’t currently utilizing.
• Reporting to the Head of Digital and supported by a cross-functional team, you’ll have autonomy to test and identify new concepts and opportunities while ensuring return on investment.
