Integration Service Team Leader at International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (Thessaloniki)

International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies seeks for:
- Integration Service Team Leader

Education and Experience:
- University Degree within the field of psychology, social work, social science, pedagogy or similar
- Master’s degree in relevant field will be preferred
- Experience with psychosocial support work (social worker, counselling, PSS volunteer)
- Extended experience with all aspects of coordination and management (incl. HR and Finance related issues)
- Experience from working with migrants/refugee/asylum seekers
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong background in writing, editing and analysing reports with tight deadlines
- Strong background in Project Cycle Management
- Hellenic Red Cross working experience will be preferred
