About the role:
The Visual Merchandiser Assistant is responsible for driving sales floor standards, ensuring consistency across all areas and delivering exceptional levels of visual presentation.Main responsibilities include:

• Execute launches on time
• Ensure brand standards and consistency are maintained
• Plan department layout ensuring the effective use of space relative to forward takings estimates
• Implement company pricing and ticketing policy
• Implement Visual Merchandising operating practices in order to maximize sales and improve standards
• Ensure the visual impact of the store is high at all times
• Use knowledge of customers, products and policies to influence sales

About you:

• Degree in Arts, Internal Design/Decoration, Fashion, Visual Merchandising or similar
• 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role,preferably in the clothing retail industry
• Very good command of Greek and English language
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
