Several positions are avaiable for excellent graduate students and postdocs. There is a large number of projects, both on-going and completely new, waiting for motivated researchers to bring them into the next stage. The topics range from advanced quantum measurement techqniues and quantum metrolgoy to quantum simulation and computation; from foundations of quantum mechanics and toy models of quantum gravity to coherent quantum phemomena in many-body systems. In most of the above, entanglement and nonlocality have a major role. Some of the projects involve collaborations with other theoretical and experimental groups.

Starting date: Flexible.

Desired skills and experience
- Substantial knowledge of quantum mechanics and quantum information.
- Experience with either Matlab or Mathematica.
- Familrity with quantum optics / general relativity would be advantageous.
- Prior research experience would be appreciated
