Sales & Reservation Executive (Thassos)

We are looking for experienced agent to join reservation department in Artinweb Hotel Management Company in Thassos island. Candidates need to have at least 1 year of experience in a same position.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility of reservations (telephone - email correspondence - travel agencies - tour operators - online individuals - online travel agencies)
• Organize operation daily for arrivals/ departures in all hotels
• Providing information to hotel owners and co-workers by telephone, in written form, email, or in person
• Handling online systems (Dailylodge - Webhotelier - Booking.com - Expedia - Airbnb ) and daily updating room availability and stop sales
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Coordinate with the housekeeping staff of the hotels
• Achieve exceptional customer service, by ensuring guest services are properly provided, and proactively address customer's need and concerns
• Demonstrate full understanding of each hotel’s policies, operating procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of each hotel facilities
• Assist with customer inquiries and booking requests
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer ? oriented, eager to learn and be part of a growing team
• Teamwork spirit

Qualification and skills:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). An additional language will be considered a plus
• Experience in Hospitality, Reservations or Sales preferred
• Excellent computer and MS Office skills
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service attitude
• Must be willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
