Big Heart Foundation seeks for:
- Programme Coordinator

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, agriculture, international affairs, business administration, social sciences, development studies or a field relevant to international development assistance.
- Advanced Degree and studies in development, humanitarian aid, international law or another relevant field is a plus.
- At least three years of progressive experience with humanitarian and / or development agency at a management level with demonstrable ability to lead a team and effectively supervise staff;
- Demonstrable previous experience in programme planning (including proposal development), budgeting, implementation, monitoring and review;
- Experience of working in complex and volatile contexts, including familiarity with the humanitarian context of Syria or the Middle East, would be an advantage;
- Experienced and confident in representation with institutional donors,UN agencies and NGOs;
- Prior experience overseeing the implementation of programmes;
- Experience in remote management of programmes desirable.
