Production Quality Supervisor at SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT S.A. (Xanthi)

Our company seeks to hire a Production Quality Supervisor (Code: PRQS02) to join our factory’s QA department. This supervisory role will ensure production areas are meeting the quality standards during the manufacturing process. The role reports directly to the Quality Control Manager and is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervises the execution of the factory’s internal procedures and compliance with the production guidelines and technical specifications in place for the semi-finished and final products by taking into consideration the existing international standards and regulations;
• Oversees the compliance of the factory's technical specifications for incoming materials and manages complaints to suppliers, aiming always at the continuous improvement of product quality;
• Co-operates with the supervisors of the factory’s various departments to carry out quality controls and corrective actions when required;
• Produces reports on product test results, oversees final product release and the control of returned products;
• Participates in the preparation of policies manual, procedures and records of the ISO system and keeps factory’s archive of licenses;
• Draws up control and test guidelines in cooperation with the R&D department.

Candidate profile:

• University degree in Engineering (strictly in the following fields: Mechanical/Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Production Engineering and Management or Mineral Resources Engineering or Environmental Engineering);
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory position (preferably in an industrial environment with multiple sites)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of AutoCad and ERP (preferably SAP) will be considered as an asset;
• Excellent command of English.
