Sales and Costumer Service at a leading car hire company (Spain)

This, combined with its highly qualified staff, allows it to attend annually to more than 1.5 million customers from all over the world with the quickest car pick-up and return system in the market.

The Role

You are a professional with high customer service and sales orientation mindset and will be a key person contacting the customers in the Rent a Car agency.

You will be responsible for Customer service and ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximizing profitability at all times. For managing reservations and making the rental agreement (car rental contracts : ask the documentation, fill the contract, etc) and also ensure the maximum sales (Up-Selling and Cross-Selling) of additional services in all the products related with the rent-a-car. You will have strong focus on results.

Several positions are available, located in the Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza), in Barcelona, Málaga and Alicante.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to company quality standards.
Assist the client to close the contract in order to pick up the car and offer them other available products that could be of their interest.
Carrying out other job-related tasks as assigned or required
Maintaining cleanliness in the office area
Completing daily lists and reports to Supervisor
Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
Skills that you must have Τo Βe Entitled to this job

Customer and Service orientated apprenticeship.
Previous experience in the Customer Service area and in the Sales Area (B2B or B2C).
Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good Customer Service.
Ability to adapt in a fast moving environment.
Good command in Italian and English. Any additional language (Spanish, German, French or Russian) will be a plus.
Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays on a 40-hour week basis on a flexible changing schedule.
Willing to wear company uniforms.
Must have good organizational skill.

Duration

Period of six months. Starting in May 2015.
