Customer Service Representative, Export Sales (Xanthi)

Customer Service Representative, Export Sales

The role holder provides customer support by assisting and handling customers’ orders, account questions, billing, cancelations, complaints and other queries.

Position overview:
The job holder will be based in Xanthi and the role’s main responsibilities will be:

• Deal directly with Export Sales customers and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Keep records of customer interactions, provide accurate, valid and complete information regarding customers’ data
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Place orders
• Customer account responsibility
• Communicate customer needs within the organization
• Perform customer verifications
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions

Position requirements:

• University Degree
• Fluency in English– knowledge of other foreign languages, will be considered a plus
• Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, will be considered a plus
• Excellent computer knowledge especially MS OFFICE software, familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results
