Title of the project: IMPROVE-PD. Identification and Management of Patients at Risk – Outcome and Vascular Events in Peritoneal Dialysis
IMPROVE-PD is funded by the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme of the European Union through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Programme as an Innovative Training Network (ITN-ETN). The aim of this project is to train a new generation of creative, entrepreneurial and innovative early-stage researchers, able to face current and future challenges and to convert knowledge and ideas into products and services for economic and social benefit.
Desired skills and experience
The profile of the candidates:
- Early Stage Researchers can be from any nationality.
- They must, at the date of recruitment by the hosting organisation (expected in July 2019 approximately), be in the first 4 years of their research careers (full-time equivalent research experience)
- Eligible researchers have not been awarded a doctoral degree yet.
The area of research: interactions between local damage and cardiovascular disease in peritoneal dialysis patients. Each researcher will coordinate for 3 years a research project within this field.
