The successful canditate will be responsible for carrying out research on human bioarchaeology, aiming at construction of osteobiographies and related ancient life stories, as well as for coordinating and implementing other project activities under the direct supervision of the CO of the project.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD degree in Human Bioarchaeology/Physical Anthropology/ Biological Anthropology
- Minimum one year of postdoctoral research experience
- Minimum of two research publications as a co-author or lead - author
- Experience in giving presentations to audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds
- Conference participation and presentations
- Ability/knowledge to produce osteo and odonto - biographies
- Proven knowledge and/or experience in dental histology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a multicultural, multinational environment
- High level organizational, analytical and problem - solving skills
- Ability to write reports
- High degree of numeracy and attention to detail
- Higly motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work to multiple and tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language both verbal and in writing
