After the great success of its previous edition, we are relaunching the Faces2Hearts project with a slightly different approach.
This time we are looking for 20 vloggers (10 EU and 10 non-EU) to travel in pairs for a month in one of the selected EU partner countries: Argentina, Bhutan, Cape Verde, Jamaica, Myanmar, Namibia, Pakistan, Paraguay, Sierra Leone and The Gambia.
The vloggers will be discovering and reporting (through video) on EU development projects covering a wide range of areas such as climate action, gender equality, education, renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, waste management, etc.
The content produced by the vloggers will be promoted on DEVCO’s communication channels, Faces2Hearts website, as well as available to be reused by EU Institutions, representations, delegations and partners.
The project is divided in five phases:
- Phase 1, April-May 2019: Competition
- Phase 2, June 2019: Vloggers get training in Brussels and are present at the European Development Days
- Phase 3, July 2019 to May 2020: Vloggers travelling in pairs for a month, one country at the time
- Phase 4, June 2020: Vloggers come to Brussels to showcase the final result of their travels at the European Development Days
- Phase 5, June-August 2020: Post-trip campaign
