Catholic Relief Services seeks for:
- Project Director, Refugee Integration
Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in International Development, International Relations or in the field of Humanitarian Response required. Additional experience may substitute for some education.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant field-based project management experience required, with preferably at least 2-3 years working in the area of Humanitarian Response or Refugee Integration.
- Staff management and supervision experience and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment.
- Experience in managing complex projects preferably with an international NGO.
- Relevant experience in project grants management, including project design, preferably for grants from multiple public donors.
- Demonstrated ability to write high quality technical proposals, project reports in English.
- Experience engaging with Church based partner organizations, especially Caritas Internationalis Member Organizations and building partner capacity building
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) knowledge, skills and experience required.
- Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications, information management systems.
