Caseworker at Médecins Sans Frontières (Lesvos)

Médecins Sans Frontières seeks for:
- Caseworker

Qualifications:
- Desirable degree in social work or related field
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English (written & oral) is essential
- Good knowledge of spoken French and/or Farsi and/or Arabic is an asset
- Strong case management skills/experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise/negotiate with other actors/authorities
- Knowledge/experience with the asylum procedure and legal context highly desired
- Experience in SGBV case management or/and child protection issues or/and working with VoTs or/and working in mental health contexts is highly desired
- Ability to act as a strong advocate for the social/legal needs of the patients
- Flexibility to cover any gaps between two projects
- Essential working experience of two years in similar job/ Desirable experience in NGOs.
- Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills,
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, and self-motivation
- Team work and participation
