- Logistics Coordinator

Required qualifications and experience:
- University degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably in the fields of Humanitarian Aid, Logistics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in management or logistics positions in the field of humanitarian or development aid.
- Proven experience as an efficient and effective manager (including management of people and projects).
- Solid ability to provide team-building, coaching, and development for staff as well as encourage cross-functional collaboration and cooperation.
- Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively represent R4R to third parties.
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, social media, Google Docs/Drive, research, data collection, etc.).
- Enjoys a variety of tasks in a variety of settings (creative, administrative, strategic, etc.).
- Open-minded, respectful, positive, works well with others.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with other related projects as needed.
- Ability to live and work under pressure in an unstable working environment while maintaining a sense of humor.
