Selection criteria:

Significant work experience in the humanitarian field
Extensive management experience at a strategic level (minimum 5 years)
Financial management skills (awareness of budgetary control and financial planning)
Communication/Advocacy skills
Diplomacy, Public Relations skills and Networking abilities
Awareness of the Greek context and the reality of today
Fluency in written and spoken English
Higher academic degree in Business or Public Administration, Public Health, Human Resources, Marketing or any related area
