An AIAS-COFUND fellowship is a Marie Curie fellowship for both junior and senior researchers anchored at Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies, Aarhus University. It is open to all domains of research and is entirely bottom-up.
As an AIAS-COFUND fellow you are given freedom and independence to pursue your own research interests and develop your career in an inspiring multidisciplinary and
international environment. A competitive salary, travel expenses and research costs are provided.
The target group is talented researchers with at least 2 years of research experience after completion of PhD. Applicants can choose research topic freely within all academic disciplines. Mobility is the key requirement for applicants, and the call has a global reach.
Eligibility criteria
The target group of the programme is talented researchers with at least two years of fulltime experience after completing their PhD. Eligible applicants for a fellowship must comply with the following mobility demands:
- Incoming fellowships: Open for non-residents of Denmark. At the time of the deadline, applicants shall not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies etc.) in Denmark for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the deadline.
- Reintegration fellowships: Open for European researchers returning to Denmark from a country outside the European Union. At the time of the deadline, applicants shall not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies etc.) in Denmark for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the deadline.
