The Karaiskakio Foundation announces the vacancy for a Front-Desk Registry Assistant.
The responsibilities and duties of the position include:
- clerical office tasks such as answering phones
- greeting visitors
- responding to queries
- record keeping and supply maintenance
- assistance with registry activities such as donor recruitment
- database maintenance
- search and stem cell donation and other general administrative duties as needed and sample receiving.
Applicants must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- nursing or biological sciences
- oral and written proficiency in Greek and English
- proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
