HTML5 Game Developer (Java/GWT) μέσω της qmetric (Αθήνα)

The position
The successful candidate will be based in Athens and his or her main duties will include:
- Create online HTML5 games using GWT targeting mobile and desktop browsers
- Port existing mobile games to HTML5 platform.

Your profile
In order for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties of the job, you should possess the following:
- Proficient in Java
- Familiarity with GWT
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and the DOM API.
- Having completed at least one HTML5 project, ideally an online game
- Ability to use good design principles throughout the project and cope with complex requirements and specifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

GREAT TO HAVE
- Experience with WebGL or any relevant API
- Experience with the api or any relevant framework
- Experience with mobile first web development
- Knowledge of Git version control system
- Experience within the gaming industry
- Knowledge of Android or iOS
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- Self-directed learner who quickly learns new programming languages and/or technologies
