Officer, Information Technologies (DIT)
Position purpose
The purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate, secure and effective management of the official documents, records and archives of the Bank, in accordance with the Bank’s rules and market best practices.
Required knowledge, Skills and Experience
First-level University degree in records and information management, archival science, management or business administration with specialization in management.
Knowledge of document and records management principles.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, document and records management application (OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.), flowcharting software for business process mapping.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling documents, records, and archives in a highly demanding environment or in the field of archiving/records or information management.
Experience with scanning and converting hard copy documents to electronic records.
Experience with vital records filling and management, including off-site storage.
Experience with a document management or records management application.
