The scholarships are funded as follows:

n. 5 scholarships: financed by the University of Trento;
n. 3 scholarships: financed by the University of Verona;
n. 1 scholarship: financed by the The Microsoft Research – University of Trento Centre for Computational and Systems Biology (COSBI),and reserved for the topic:

A. “Language-based stochastic simulation of biological systems”. The candidate will use graphical, programming and mathematical languages to model the dynamics of biological systems parametrized with experimental biological data and will work in team in larger projects devoted to elucidate the behavior of relevant pathways involved in neurodegenerative and metabolic disorders.
