The Capital Program Manager will be responsible for strategic ownership for the successful delivery of the approved Theatre Capital Project Plan to quality, budget and schedule. It will be achieved by leveraging partners and aligning to the global delivery platform to ensuring consistency of the end user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Business case, budget and contract execution responsibility for the complete project life cycle from inception to handover
- Responsible for the successful planning, brief development and budgeting of a portfolio of capital projects
- Management of global partners to successfully deliver the project portfolio to plan
- Accountable for adherence to global corporate programs and design guidelines
- Actively supports TCoE to implement global delivery and partner strategy across the theatre
- Manages a team of external partners
Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely with limited supervision
- Experience in meeting senior level clients across the enterprise and interpreting business needs into a detailed client brief.
- Ability to operate at a strategic level by developing high performing partner teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects across a designated theatre
- Detailed regional knowledge of the design and construction process for Cisco work and technical spaces
- Excellent communicator with the ability to operate at all levels of the organization, across cultures and to all corporate real estate disciplines
- Typically requires an Honors Degree (or equivalent) in a related Corporate Real Estate discipline (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying or Construction Management)
- 5 to 10 years in corporate real estate working across multiple markets, cultures delivering projects of varying size and complexity
- Active Member of a Professional Institution (CoreNET, AIA, RIBA, RICS, ASCE, MICE etc.)
