Associate in Compliance and Operational Risk Management (DCR) at Black Sea Trade & Development Bank (BSTDB)

Under the overall guidance and close technical supervision of the Head DCR, the Associate provides support in the areas of DCR’s responsibility in order to ensure high quality of work, accurate, timely and properly recorded/documented service delivery.

The expected key impact of the work of the Associate, DCR is to contribute to the efficiency of the services provided by the DCR, ensuring a recognized advancing of the DCR at-large.

Minimum requirements for the position:
- Education: College or first-level University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Auditing, Law or other related fields.
- Experience: at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Computer skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent command of English.

Desirable education/qualifications/knowledge/skills:
- Experience in the region of the Bank’s operations.
- Experience in an international financial institution.
- Good knowledge of a language of a member state of the Bank.
