Volunteer with Us in Transylvania in ”Activities for Children in Foster Care Homes 3.0”

Would you like to volunteer? We offer long-term volunteering opportunities for 1 young person from Romania and for 2 young people from any EU country.

The main task of the volunteers will be to facilitate various non-formal and informal learning activities for children in different foster care and children's homes in Miercurea-Ciuc.

The main focus will be on the topic of "Promotion of Healthy Lifestyles and Mental Health" and volunteers will create activities where children can learn more about this topic.

Each day of the week volunteers will go to different locations in different parts of our town to provide activities for various children in foster care homes. Through non-formal education and fun activities, volunteers will develop the social and English language skills of the children and raise awareness about the importance of healthy living. In the homes, volunteers mostly work with 2 children or with the whole group of 10 children.
