Personnel Qualifications (Special training/experience required) provide 6-7 requirements:
- Must be an accredited Midwifery School with a valid certification and documents
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience working as a midwife in public or private health facilities
- Must be able to submit patient data as required
- Must be able to provide technical support to health providers who refer patients
- Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, high pressure environment
- Must have the flexibility and ability to work effectively with various personalities and cultures
