Job Requirements:
- Extensive international and cross-cultural working experience.
- Strong planning, organizing, budgeting, communication and strategy formulation skills.
- Possesses strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be a humble team player.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration AND one to two years related experience and/or training in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies strongly preferred.
- English required; Greek language skills preferred but not required.
