Sustainability Science Group is looking for two outstanding Post-doctoral researchers with strong commitment and potential to contribute to our interdisciplinary team’s EU projects on incentivizing and enabling sustainability transformation, especially through sharing and circular economy.

We expect the candidate to have competence and interest in policy research, future scenarios and/or quantitative modelling. Competence in inter- and transdisciplinary co-creation approaches is especially appreciated.

A doctoral degree in a relevant scientific discipline and the ability for independent scientific work and teaching skills are required.

The employment relationship of the post-doctoral researcher is fixed-term. The duration of the first contract is two years with a four-month trial period, after which the university has the option to continue the contract for a second term of two years. Part time remote work is possible.

The salary will be determined in accordance with the pay system for university teaching and research staff. The job grades of a post-doctoral researchers are 5-6 (2893.95-3374.18 EUR/month). In addition, the salary will include an individual pay component based on performance and competence, amounting to a maximum of 46.3% of the job-specific pay component.
