HR Specialist (Athens)

On behalf of our Partner, a high-profile and evolving Investment Company operating successfully in Athens, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to assess, plan and deliver human resource management projects and policies for their growing practice.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Manage the overall recruitment process from inception to completion, including: Preparing and placing effective advertisements, pre-screening applications and providing high-quality shortlists of qualified candidates to the Management Team, arranging interviews, managing the offer and on-boarding process
• Maintain employee database; ensuring that effective records are kept on personal data, HR files and other HR documentation (and are compliant with GDPR)
• Work with managers to prepare for upcoming performance appraisals and pay reviews and ensure all legal aspects are fulfilled in the Company
• Support policy implementation, employee relations, training and performance management as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant Experience in HR as a generalist or specialist in one or more of the following areas: Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & Development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Social Sciences or relevant
• Proven background in the effective use of recruitment strategies and tools used for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates
• Fluency both in Greek and English (A minimum B2 Certified Level is a must), in ICT tools and Microsoft Office
• Proven resiliency in a very dynamic work environment and positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
