These newly created, two-year posts aim to provide an opportunity for development for those wishing to progress to academic lectureship.
Having already demonstrated the potential to generate high quality research, this 2-year opportunity will be a blend of both practical on the job teaching and research experience championed by dedicated mentorship and support from Senior Academics within the School of EEECS.
The Role
The expectation is that the role involves teaching a range of modules under the supervision of the programme lead, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The role will also offer experience in supervising both undergraduate and postgraduate student projects while contributing to the evolvement of connected learning tools and widening participation activities within the School. This role as a pathway to a Research and Education lectureship will see successful candidates continuing to undertake an active research portfolio in Computer Science aimed at developing high quality impactful outputs in the coming years.
